Good stickers but difficult design process and had to cut off excess edges at home

The stickers are high quality as usual but ended up taking a few emails and several rejected proofs. This seems reasonable because there are several cuts to be made with the design but my original design could not be done because the smallest border size required ended up being over a half inch which i had to cut off by hand.this seems excessive as this added up to over 12 square inches per sticker being cut off and thrown in the garbage plus my time.
