4x and the red is still orange

Stickermule has been working with me to print a true red tone but they keep coming back as a light orange red or a dark cranberry red, whereas I am just looking for a true saturated red, like a sports car, the Nintendo red logo or the Adobe red logo. I tried another printer and they nailed a true 100m/100y red on the first try. I have also noted a lot of pixelization in Stickermule label prints whereas the other printer I used was clean and solid using the exact same file I sent to Stickermule. Besides the print quality issues, Stickermule has been very responsive and is trying to help me. I am hopeful they come through with a proper red color. I would order from Stickermule again as I have had some quality products printed by them but my next order is dependent upon my color demands.
