First time in 2 years I'm not happy with my kiss cut stickers

I'd love to find out why I can't read my letters. They're way too small & thin to read. Who can I discuss for improvement on this sticker. I have photos for proof. Maybe make a new one with thicker letters? Literally this is my first bad print job I've received from you guys in over 2 years!
