My original order had a few pins fall off. but customer service was quick and sending me replacements! the pins are super cute!

This order was a reprint of a previous order that was damaged. One of the pins of this order still arrived damaged (the pin back and rubber clutch came off and ripped off the back of the design).

While I was taking the rubber backing off one of the pins, the whole pin part came off and ripped the design. A little bit wary now and hoping the other pins don’t do the same thing when received by customers.

Looks as if it were printed over a bunch of fibers, which was a production error. Contacted customer service and will be receiving a reprint, but I needed these for an event and they were unable to offer expedited shipping.
