I got an email from sticker mule saying that my order has arrived but nothing in the mail box so far. address was right, dunno what happened

UPS sent a message to let me know the package was “hand delivered”. It was not. Not sure we’re the package ended up… but I haven’t seen it. That was three days ago. ALSO- USP rejected my claim, sighting the info (amount/cost) to be incorrect. It was spot on. Not sure what to do moving forward. Not a fault of Sticker Mule, but why would I place an order to deal with UPS again…?
