My stickers came out with some bleeding in the black ink the first time, and Sticker Mule customer service quickly and kindly helped me figure out the issue, solve it with their graphics team, and then issue a reprint for me that turned out great. I would order from Sticker Mule again!

It's frustrating not being able to connect with a live representative. I ordered several round and rectangle stickers and even purchased a label dispenser machine, but all the stickers arrived cut to size. I would have much preferred them on a sheet to make peeling them off easier. I have been disappointed with SM's customer service from the beginning.

The gradient looks pixelated, the blocks in QR code are different sizes, and the overall cut of the sticker isn't straight. Looks almost cut by hand.
