We purchased keychains for resale and would like to share a few things not mentioned on the website. First all the acrylic keychains come with protective coating on the printed (good) side. The quality my look poor out of the box, but after removing the coating it looks better. The problem is it's really hard to remove that coating. Shipping was a huge disappointment! We paid for expedited shipping on 1000 round buttons that were to be giveaways at an upcoming conference, we had a promised date of one week before the conference but they never arrived. Not the first time ordering a wall decal this size or design and again it came looking amazing

lettering was amazing however it seemed like the adhesive to hold the lettering to the clear film was too strong in some areas which resulted in letters becoming bent and wrinkled or sticking to the clear film and not the wall which i then had to peel the letters off the clesr film and line up by hand to attach it to the wall.

Okay it was bad quality. I messaged them and they are going to re send the products. Amazing custom service
