My posters weren’t packaged good I guess. They had been opened and torn.

Sticker mule offers flat packaging for posters, and when they use this option their posters are worth the cost, but when they choose to stuff your posters in a tube and you are left trying to figure out a way to flatten them out, it really sucks. I received my poster order yesterday, the posters were great, nice flat packaging. I received a different order of posters today that were crammed in a tube and will never be flat again. Where is the consistency? Why not give the customer the better packaging option all of the time? Is it really that hard to provide a quality product all of the time???? Sticker Mule offered a discount on the posters and since their tee shirts tuned out great I thought I try a poster of the same design on a bigger scale. I was very impressed at the quality. The sharpness of the image remained and the black background was a flat black, velvet like and the image remained appearing glossy.
