It was easy to place the order and it was processed rather fast. When they were received I noticed most of the buttons had an orientation issue. the front of the button was out of alignment with the pin. I contacted Sticker Mule's support group and was advised how to adjust the alignment. The adjustment was easy. The process and support was handled quite well

Would have given it five stars if the pin backs were not tilted and in different places/angles from the front graphics -- it made them difficult to pin on with the graphics straight. Other than that, the graphics printed nicely, and they came to us earlier than promised, which was great.
