I have ordered these many times before but this time two of the keychains were not put together and of those one of the plastic straps will not stay closed.

I wasn't sure how these would look before I ordered, even though they did send a proof which I approved, of course. But my fears were unfounded. Im glad I was able to order a smaller quantity at first to make sure. When they arrived I was struck at how awesome they look. Ive never seen a keychain like it. Got these in person and disappointed - the back can easily scratch off (one was already scratched off in one part) and quality seems poor. And a heads up that the back side is just a reverse of the front, so if you use a transparent background and have text, the back side will show the text backward, which looks really odd considering that this is double sided and can lay flat on either side. Love the outcome of the product, Im using it to see how durable it is . The paint can get scratched from the back and come off , but overall it’s made well. Thank you. Mitch

The acrylic is cut but then the design is pretty much a sticker on the back. I'm concerned these are not going to last long because the design doesn't seem protected at all. The purple of my design is also not as bright as I would have liked it. I wish I was able to get a sample but they are not offered in the keychains. I won't be ordering these again.

Not good, paint scratches off back really easily
