I hard trouble getting it off the backing and placing it. One of the letters almost came off but luckily I could save it. It would have been helpful if there were some instructions on how to get it off properly. Otherwise I'm happy with how it looks

I am not sure how this happened guys but the size is totally smaller than the other two pieces
