We've been dealing with standard plastic packaging tape for a long time, and the fiberglass strapping tape was, well, too much and too expensive.  When I saw the 'special offer' to try some custom packaging tape, I thought..."hmmm, maybe..."  We tried one design with our logo.  It was okay, and the staff thought, "what if they did this?" and we tried another design, it came back pronto.  One of the staff thought...how about a different color for "x", and so I requested that...and BAM, they loved it.  Changes were quick, no questions, and we now have a distinctive look that my staff says "they know what's in there when it shows up"
