Horrible communication
Initially I ordered this product, as a 4x4 window sticker, our first image was not acceptable, although after replying several times, we only were told TOO BLURRY, our technician finally frustrated with the lack of specifics, had to inquire logistic of error. The response was vague and even the "screenshot" showed entire image and not area of concern. One of the questions was why the change in size, we wanted this specific size for an upcoming event. When we sent in a revised image, the response was that it worked fine. We assumed the size was corrected to the 4x4 specs. The communication was difficult and when we received the final invoice, it still showed magnets were being shipped (which was another issue we had with this company), therefore we assumed there was some faults in the order. We tried reaching out to verify size, no response beyond, the order was shipped. We needed this product for a big project and so we had to wait. When we opened the box and that's when we realized this was not what we ordered. We got in touch immediately and had to wait for a response. First we were told, sorry not sorry, here's $20 credit. I responded, another technician responded vaguely (it was CLEAR they didn't read our email response) and said they would do $25 credit or refund. So of course at this point, we were beyond frustrated and responded with yes refund and the items would go in the garbage as the information on it is not usable for our project. We get a response this morning $30 credit, no refund. Um? But in your email, the technician gave us that option. So.... why the change now? I am not even asking for a full refund as I did get a product. I'm upset I had to order again, from another company who had NO issues with the image and had to pay $40 just in shipping to get it here hopefully in time for our event. The lack of communication, the spread of time between responses, this order was initiated on 4.18, didn't receive until May! Def will never order again and we are posting in hopes future customers are treated better, that this company learns from this order, this is why communication is important in business.
