Not happy

The lettering on my design you can't see. It was a concern when they sent me a draft. I asked if I needed to make the color darker and they replied that the background on the sticker was not going to be the background on the finish product. If they had used a black glitter background they would be perfect. But they are not even usable for branding my product. When sending a preview for the order send it the way the finish product will look. The picture below is not what I got.
