Not as satisfied as usual

Maybe I didn't read the product description properly. All of my previous orders arrived perfectly and in great quality. I ordered these on a sale & they arrived on a roll not individually cut out like before. I'm wondering if these will be the high quality from before or if these aren't the same vinyl from before.
