Sticker Mule support makes too many mistakes

I like the quality of their stickers though prices are higher than normal. I would be fine with this if you didn't have to fight them everytime they don't get an e-mail or mess up an order. If I pay $140 for stickers, but you make a bunch of errors causing my trouble and wasting my time reaching out to you, giving me a $140 credit doesn't really make me whole. It's also terrible that you have to always deal with different people as everyone at Sticker Mule uses one e-mail box. They are trying to be very high end but lack a well planned escalation procedure. This particular order was for a wedding, which they failed to make. Now I have a bunch of free stickers for an event that has passed...horray...
