I have air bubbles showing under my labels and this company is blaming me telling that it is my fault because I am not applying it to a "smooth surface" and that my product is "textured". We're got excited to use this label. After labelled about 2 dozen of our new lip balms and ready to ship. We noticed that the flap do not stick overlap onto the label. A complete reject!

This is only our second order but both times the stickers have been fantastic and the service has been great!

Supposed to be die cut and in the proof i even told you they were wrong and supposed to be die cut and still received the wrong cut. Print is fine but they look stupid af now

I don't know what happened here, but I intended to order circular Clear stickers, not opaque rounded corner stickers. I know I designed this artwork for Clear Stickers. It was me who approved the sample, so really, I only have myself to blame. Not sure how this happened. One star, but I own it.
