While artworks cannot be permanently deleted from an account, they can be archived. To do so, you should: Access your account Select "Reorder": Hover over the far right-hand side of the item to bring up the "archive" option: Select to archive the item. This will remove the item from the reorder list. Archived items can be viewed at the bottom of the reorders page and "unarchived" at any point.
To update the phone number you receive text notifications to, you should: Become User Head over to your account → Notifications Select "Edit" "Send SMS to..." Update phone number and save. Finally, you'll receive a verification code that you'll need to enter to complete the process. Please note: the verification code can only go to the user’s phone.
A cart will expire after 7 days. A shared cart link will expire after 7 days, before you need to reshare the cart.

No, we currently do not support splitting a payment across multiple credit cards.
If you no longer wish to receive freebies with your orders (i.e., Sticker Mule-branded stickers and coasters), you can opt out in your account settings. You can turn freebies back on at any time. While most people enjoy the free swag, we recognize it can be wasteful – especially if you order from us a lot. 😉
No, reorders skip our proof approval process and go directly into our production queue. Keep in mind, if you add additional items to your order, only the reordered items will skip the approval process - your new items will need to be approved before your order enters our production queue.
No, we do not allow local pick ups or visits to our facility.
You can request access to your data using this data access request link. Within a few minutes, a response will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
Yes, you can update your quantity prior to proof approval. Select the Edit option found on the proof page to update the quantity. Changes to the quantity will automatically update the price. Changes to your order need to be made before proof approval: You can also update an item's quantity in your account. To find this, go to Orders>Order details>Edit. This will automatically update the item quantity and price:
Yes! You can reset your password on our website. If the reset function doesn't work, it's most likely because you haven't created an account. When you sign up, use the same email as your prior orders, and they'll all automatically be added to your account.
Yes, during proofing we'll notify you of any size changes and update your total price accordingly. This makes your ordering easier if you don't know your exact size. You can enter an approximate size during checkout, and then we'll update your size and price during proofing to reflect the actual size of your stickers. For example, you might order a 3" x 3" die cut, but the actual size of your sticker is 2.8" x 3.0". Since the actual size is slightly smaller than the ordered size, we'd reduce your price automatically to charge for the cost of a 2.8" x 3.0.
Yes. On the cart page, simply click the "Share your cart" link at the bottom. This will generate a URL you can share with others so they can complete your order. Shared items include the artwork files you uploaded or any reused artwork.
Yes. Any volume discounts are automatically included in the live quick order pricing.
Yes. Click the share icon to send your quick order link and get feedback, approval, or help reviewing pricing before you check out.
Yes! If your designs are ready, you can upload artwork for each item as you go.
Yes, we offer an order-ahead feature at checkout. You can schedule a delivery date up to a year in advance. The delivery price is the same as the standard delivery option. Just click schedule a delivery date and choose the date you'd like your order to arrive on. Upon proof approval you'll be charged. However, we won’t start production immediately, but just in time to meet your order’s ship by date.
Yes! For approval within minutes, apply for tax exemption here. Once approved, sales tax will be removed from your current and future orders. Related: What states require sales tax?
