I received my acrylic charms. I love your sticker product but I wasn’t super happy with the acrylic charms. I think these should be better explained on your website. (One sided...sticker put on acrylic) The acrylic isn’t shiny clear acrylic, it had scratches and little heat marks on the edges. I ordered 2 different styles. I won’t be ordering this product again.

My last order of 10 charms 1 was damaged. On this order, 2 charms out of 10 are damaged (multiple holes in the image due to impacts during manufacture or delivery). I am disappointed because everything was perfect. I think something really needs to be done to protect the backside

Super simple to upload little digital sketches and have them turned into charms! I'm using these for keychains and jewelry - I wanted to use gold pinch bails rather than the acrylic ones that come with the keychain product, and they work well with standard jewelry ice pick pinch bails! I've already ordered some other designs :)
