The process of customizing my labels was very user-friendly. The order was made and shipped quickly. The labels are Perfection! I could not ask for more; they exceeded my expectations.

The lettering is blurred. First time ordering, so I didn’t know what to expect. The lettering was pretty clear in the proof. But it’s all blurred and illegible when I got it. Make sure the letters are large if you want to be able to see them

I don't know if there is a cost associated with having the backside of the sticker scored or perforated allowing for easier removal of the discard material, but if there is, I would suggest that one should pay it. The sticker is difficult to separate without it.

I have been a repeat customer for years but I will no longer do business with you if you require signatures. For UPS=or FedEx deliveries. I creates havoc in my life as I travel frequently and UPS in my area does not allow neighbors to sit sign (the only free option they offer). My stickers came super dark and desaturated. They look black and white which is laughable since Sticker Mule was literally supposed to be printing a rainbow. I can’t see any details on them. It all blends together in a grey washed mess.
