It's how you handle a mistake that matters

I don't often do reviews, unless absolutely horrible experience or beyond expectations. This time it is beyond expectations. I hadn't reached out to complain about an issue and had received a request for review, I responded letting them know I was slightly disappointed that the cut was off center and shared a photo. Within minutes they replied offering to reprint and I had new labels within a few days. We all make mistakes, but the rapid and headache free resolution shows integrity and that they stand behind their work. Will absolutely be using again for my next order.
