So we were completely disappointed with the first order because it was not disclosed to us that halftones would not come out clear. The mock looked clear so we approved it. Once we got the package to e halftones looked bad. Again we were disappoint because it was not disclosed to us. We reached out to the Sticker Mule Team and shared our concerns and within minutes we ad someone contact us back with a solution. Sticker Mule replaced the complete order. Not only did they reprint the order and got it back to us very fast. We just got the New Order in today and we are so excited wit the outcome of the Box Tape. I don't write reviews often but the Sticker Mule Customer Service team needed to be acknowledged for the great customer service and product! Thanks Laz & Kristin ESTBC CREW!
