Every single charm had deep scratches, chips and gouges.

Extremely disappointing. Cracks, marks, deep scratches, chips and gouges along the edges of every piece I bought. Not to mention, the acrylic scratches very easily. I wiped one with a lint-free cloth and that produced micro-scratches.
