Did not reproduce color accurately

I submitted my design, received a good-looking, accurate proof and approved it. My stickers arrived different from my approved proof: The small red 'flower' in the design transfers onto the window as a white spot. I tried a few different applications; all with the same results. Overall, I like the sticker, but it is not as I'd ordered or approved. Had there been a problem with my initial design I would have changed it. (I can send a photo if necessary).
