What you see isn’t exactly what you get
Excellent Design Upgrade – But Finish Product Fell Flat. I ordered the 3” x 3” custom stickers—50 for $20 with free shipping—and overall, it’s a great low-risk way to test a design before making a larger commitment. That part’s a win. What really impressed me was how my design was upscaled—at no extra cost. It went from a flat image to something that felt logo-ready. That set a high expectation. However, the final product didn’t match the proof I approved. The stickers had a flat, matte-like finish that muted the colors and contrast. The result looked more like a heat-transfer design than a sticker. I don’t recall being given the option to choose the finish—or any indication it wouldn’t be glossy. What’s also worth pointing out: the image shown with my review is the original proof—not what I actually received. I wasn’t given the option to upload a photo of the final product. This can be misleading to other customers who are trying to judge real-world results. Despite that, I’d still consider ordering again—especially if finish options become available. You can’t lose for $20 to test your design, just manage your expectations around final appearance. These are $20 stickers !! The upscale design made it worth. If I’d paid the original price I’d be asking for a refund.
