Great quality, took longer than expected

The stickers were awesome, as usual. I couldn't ask for more from a quality perspective. I was, however, disappointed in the speed of turn around. I submitted the order on 8/31 with the free rush production promo code. I didn't get a comp until 9/2 and when I asked a question about the comp, it took another full day to get an update. It was approved as soon as I got my answer, which apparently necessitated an updated comp. Long story short, I didn't get my final printed order until 9/11. 12 days after the order was placed. Usually, before I even think to check on a tracking number, my order is delivered. I will still order from Sticker Mule again because you can't beat the price and quality. It just took longer than I expected to complete the project, especially with a "rush production" promo running.
