I ordered this shirt as part of a promotion to get a single Navy shirt with any artwork printed for $14, as opposed to the typical $19. I placed my order and reviewed the proof. It looked fine. Upon arrival, the shirt graphic was twice as far down from the shirt collar than the provided mockup.
