95% of the orders I made was perfect, but sometimes the staff needed to be aware while packaging and double checking stickers. There are folded lines when I open this order, I wasn't too upset about it, but would like staffs to be more careful.

By ordering this custom die cut pack, I was able to see how our design looked. It turned out great and the quality seems excellent. Seeing the sample allows me to see how the 'real' design looks, and select the size, accordingly.
