I was really looking forward to this purchase. First, I have to blame myself for looking at the wrong side of the ruler. I was looking at the cm rather than inches. So after several emails and telling them the size was wrong, I thought everything was straight. I approved my proof but failed to realize that they did not correct the size. They did offer to correct the size but the problem with that was that it was now 5-6 emails later that I am having to say, did anyone read the previous emails on the size I was looking for. The emails were all replied emails on a continuing email with numerous customer service reps. I knew I was going to be upset but was hoping for a better outcome. The magnet samples were suppose to be an example of what I was going to be purchasing in bulk. I definitely will not be purchasing these in bulk not only b/c of the size but I feel I was ripped off for the price I paid for the samples. I paid $19 for 10 magnets the size of a 3yr old's playing cards. That's pretty hefty. I understand the time and money that went into printing etc, but really? I'm not even sure these would sell for $1.00 a piece. I mean they did offer to refund me and start over when I complained but I don't think that it should have gotten to that point. I shouldn't have had to be refunded and started over. It is my fault for saying just send me what you printed b/c I was really anxious about the magnets b/c I have several orders I am wanting to get printed and filled. If anything the magnet itself is cute. Nothing fancy in the way of craftmanship, just a magnet. I would say the colors are right on target to the photo I submitted. I did order random samples which were only a $1 and they gave me enough that I have some fun things to play with so I guess the $19 pays for the random samples. Anyhow, I will probably try ordering again but hopefully the outcome on what I want in size will be achieved.
