Not What I Expected

I was surprised to open the shipment of keychains and see a product that looked very different than the proof. In all images of the keychain that I ordered, the design looks to be printed on a white background; the keychains that I received are clear acrylic with the design printed to the back of the hard plastic - making the design a little harder to make out. And, every single keychain looks like it has a knick or imperfection around the edge of the die cut. I rated the product at 3 stars because the keychains are functional and the imperfections can (hopefully) be ignored; but I'm pretty disappointed in the final product. I know many people who have received great products, when ordering stickers from SM, but, based on this experience, I don't know if I'd order keychains from SM again.
