I clearly stated that the background was to be clear, with white letters and the small parts of the artwork that is white. My labels came to me with a full white background. The actual print is different from the proof, which is difficult to see, because the background is always white on the screen.

The color should be pure red (#ff0000) instead it is orange and unsaturated. Can you please tell me why? I wanted to do another order but its useless for me if its comes out orange again.
