I ordered a bunch of pins uploading the graphic file, the preview was ready in less than 2 hours, i confirmed the preview and I got the the package in my hands exactly on the day indicated in the confirmation!! Great service! The whole process took less than 7 days, with 2 weekend days in between! The quality was very good, and matched perfectly the preview.
