Overall, very good product and excellent customer service.

The overall experience was great in terms of product quality and customer assistance. The reason why I gave 4 stars out of 5 is that the first order I did went missing, but their excellent customer service gave me notice as soon as this inconvenience happened. They quickly re-fulfilled the whole order with 0€ of charge.
