What the hell happened to my delivery

Id love to say the stickers turned out great, and arrived on time but they have yet to arrive & im being asked for a review, I've purchased from sticker mule in the past with no issues im the estimated delivery, but my recent order was in my home city as of the 25th of October, 4 days ahead of delivery...and then suddenly ended up 1,944.9 miles away in Austin tx?! I was really hoping to have them before the end of the month but this experience has been a disappointment
