Strong bag, poor printing

I'm very happy with the quality of the mailer itself, however the printing had shadowing/artifacting on most of the text. The image we submitted was made by a professional designer and followed all the published Stickermule documentation we could find. The artifacting was not evident in the digital proof, so there was no way we could have expected or corrected this, which is disappointing. As a first time customer, I was impressed with the simplicity of ordering, however I don't see us purchasing this specific product again.
