One star for dumb delivery issues

I am not Sticker Mule's biggest customer, but I'll be looking for alternatives. Every order that I've placed has been small, so small that they are "delivered" in an envelope or very small box. EVERY order gets sent by UPS and rather than deliver to my home it is routed to a CVS access point. Then I have to go pick it up. Every. Time. Sticker Mule responds to my complaint by saying their records show one delivery was made to my house (I'm a liar??). However, that delivery was UPS putting a sticker on my door saying that the package (an small envelope) will be at the access point store. Sticker Mule gave me a $10 credit when I complained, but also told me that any order over $21 (before tax, etc) ships by UPS. So, I would have to place an order for $30 (practically impossible to do) or it will also be delivered by UPS! Right back to the problem. Sure, first world inconvenience. I get that. But I also have choices and my choice is to never use Sticker Mule again. You can keep your hot sauce packets, Anthony!
