Thick, durable, but underwhelming

Let's start with the good things: - Design was printed true-to-image, without any colour errors or missing parts. - Acrylic is very thick / sturdy, with nice hardware! The plastic connector has not broken, and the keyring remains in shape. Onto the bad things: - Acrylic came chipped. Not even a little chipped, or only one or two of them; every single charm came with chips along the edges in multiple places. - This is one-sided printing with no protective seal to the design, so the design can be damaged easily by general use (nicks from bumping against keys, etc.) and while I knew this, I did not expect it to be so immediately apparent. - Design chipped within the first month of general use. This is related to the above, but I was hoping the printing would last a little longer. I am not rough with my belongings and was disappointed to see the design chipping away in multiple places so quickly.
