Stickers are great, but I’m disappointed

I have sent two messages to you guys regarding a potential order and a message regarding this order. Right after I had placed the order, I had sent a message saying that I uploaded and then in advertently approved the wrong image and I was hoping I had caught it in time. I have not received any communication regarding the two messages that I have sent through your website. I know that the second one was my error, but as a customer of yours, who makes many purchases, it would have been nice to at least hear back some type of correspondence on those messages.
