Sticker Mule sent me a previous batch of stickers with a rough texture on the surface. I contacted customer support and (after showing them a picture of the issue) they sent out a reprint free of charge. I'm satisfied with the second batch of stickers, although there were still a few stickers that had that rough surface on the second print it wasn't really enough to complain about. I will keep using sticker mule for my business because they corrected the issue in a prompt and reassuring manner.
