Without protective layer at the back

The pins look nice and are a cheaper option than a more expensive enamel pin, but in the end, it shows. The back of the pin is just the printed design, without any protective layer over it, which leaves it exposed to friction and scratches, and the pin is glued directly into it. That's my main issue. Accidentally, I left the bag with the pins open and, when I grabbed it, 4 pins fell to the ground. 3 of them ended up with the pin and the acrylic block separated, with part of the layer still attached to the metallic part of the pin, ruining the design. This order was a test to see if they were nice enough to sell them, so I definitely won't be ordering more.
