Good customer service

The magnets are great, and the customer service was on top, which makes up for a dreadful delivery service (UPS) which supposedly never found me at home (no one ever rang so I very much doubt they tried) and lost half my order the first time around. Sticker Mule remade it immediately, so kudos to them. But UPS sucks.
