Poor Quality on Sample

I've ordered stickers and magnets before and loved them, but I was disappointed with this t-shirt sample. I only ordered 1, so perhaps more QA/QC is done for larger orders, but ultimately the logo was pixilated and tilted. There also seemed to be a large rectangular stain from the press.
