Inconsistent Hat Manufacturing

I want to be clear, the print quality hasn’t been adequately tested for durability, but from a purely visual perspective, they look fantastic. My issue is that the hats from Otto seem inconsistent. My first order of one hat had no crease in the middle of the seam. As in it was a flush fold with stitching on both sides of the fold. Where as my second order for 2 hats, the center seam is folder over creating a bump due to overlapping. With stitching on only one side of the fold. This also makes the shape of the hat much different. Making it more of a low profile shape more than a standard tall shape. Now, I actually prefer the lower profile shape because I have a smaller head. With that said, my confidence level ordering again is very low. I have no clue if I will receive the taller hat, the lower profile hat or some 3rd shape. Note: I checked the tags on all 3 hats and they all match. Otto Cap 102-664 Overall the hat quality is great, I like these hats better than Richardson and Yupoong (commonly found trucker hat brands on Amazon) those hats are great as well, just not for my small head. (I don’t like hats resting on my ears, I like a small gap between my ears and the hat. I also don’t like wearing really tall trucker hats, it looks awkward on my head) P.s.
