I ordered a sticker with white text on a blue background, and when it arrived, the white text was blurry. I contacted Sticker Mule with a photo and they promptly provided options for reprinting my design for free. With their guidance, I enlarged the text and darkened the background - and the sticker is perfect! Thanks to Lija, Gwen, and others on the Customer Service team for your excellent service.
