Stickers appear great, shipping was misleading

I place an order for some stickers after speaking with customer service who told me they’d arrive within two days of my order. I paid an expedited shipping cost after two days past I checked to see where the stickers were as they were needed for a birthday party. They were not going to arrive until six days after ordering. I contacted sticker mule and they refunded me the expedited shipping cost, which was nice, but the whole reason I used this company was because of the expected shipping timeframe or I would’ve gone somewhere else.
