3rd time ordering this particular cling. The process is easy, you receive your proofs to accept before they proceed with the order. I received my proofs the same day I ordered and received the product about a week later. Looks good with a good price. If I had any criticism, it would be that the clings are supposed to be able to cling on either side, I would say they really cling much better on the unprinted side, so from the outside of the window instead of inside. Also, they don't re-stick so well so if you find the right place the first time, that's best.
