Two is a charm!

I left a deeply critical review after receiving my first hoodie. The hoodie itself was excellent; the graphic was not. The color was wrong and had marks on it that gave me the impression the ink was running out, and it felt plasticky and low quality. I was so bummed. A rep at Sticker Mule reached out within an hour of my review, offering to make it right. THEY DID! I received my replacement quickly and it's everything I'd hoped for! I was even able to select a smaller hoodie size because the first one was way bigger than expected. What I learned: 1. It's ideal if you send the CYMK profiles for any critical colors in your design. 2. If you have any black in your graphic, send a note asking they not print that part but instead design the printout so the hoodie shows through. I went from soooo disappointed to absolutely thrilled.
