Print was lower than mockup I approved showed

The mockup, as well as the printed sticker included inside the shirt, both show the artwork placed properly, close to the collar. Standard shirt printing typically places the design about 1 to 2 inches below the collar. However, the shirt I received has the artwork positioned roughly 4.5 to 5 inches below the collar. If the final placement was going to differ this significantly from what was approved, the mockup should have reflected that. Approving artwork based on proper placement only to receive something noticeably lower than shown is a letdown.
