Tight Neck Opening

The overall sizing of the hoodie is acceptable, and the print quality of my logo is fine. However, the neck opening is unreasonably small. I had to force my head through it, which completely ruined my hair and makeup in the process. I am considering cutting the fabric just to make it wearable. For a pullover hoodie, the neck should allow for comfortable on-and-off without feeling restrictive. This design flaw makes an otherwise decent product impractical for everyday or professional use.
