Perfect customer service!

My first order arrived and to be honest I was not happy they were a mess. However I emailed them and it was instant let’s fix this! They worked with me back and forth several emails with very timely responses. I received my second batch and they were absolute perfection! As a small business owner I know sometimes things happen. To me what’s most important is how the situation is resolved. I could not have asked for better! Thank you and I love my new charms!
